Mashed Banana Squash and Potatoes

4 large Organic Russet Potato peeled cooked and mashed 
2 pounds Banana Squash cooked and mashed 
1/2 cup Scallions minced 
4 tablespoons Butter 
2 tablespoons Thyme minced 
Salt and Fresh Ground Black Pepper to taste 


Place all of the ingredients in a food processor and puree until smooth. 

Place in a greased casserole dish and dust with additional paprika. 

Bake at 350 degrees F for 15 minutes to heat through.
