Holiday Risotto

Ingredients 

1 Organic Yellow Onion diced 
1 stalk Organic Celery diced 
1 cup Organic Apples chopped 
4 cups Water 
1 1/2 teaspoons Butter 
1 1/2 teaspoons Sage ground rubbed 
1/2 cup Smoked Cheese your favorite flavor 
Black Pepper to taste 
8 ounces Risotto with seasoning packet 

Directions 

Sauté onion, celery and apple in a drop of water and the butter. 

Add risotto rice and stir. Add water ½ cup at a time, stirring each time you add the water. 

Add the seasoning packet, sage and pepper to taste. 

Cook over medium heat, stirring often, adding more water as it is absorbed until the rice reaches desired consistency. 

Add cheese until it melts. Serve hot as a delicious side dish. 

Note: 

Risotto cannot be left unattended. It must be stirred constantly.
