1 large Organic Cantaloupe
1 large Pineapple
2 Organic Grapefruit
2 Organic Oranges
1 Organic Apples (Red)
2 cups Organic Blueberries
1 tablespoon Lime Juice (use Lime Juice)
1/4 cup Lemon Juice (use Lemon Juice)
1/2 cup Orange Juice
1 cup Sugar
Make the sauce first. Beat the egg in a small saucepan. Add the rest of the sauce ingredients and blend. Bring to a boil over medium - high heat and cook 1 minute. Set aside and let cool.
Remove the rind from the canteloupe and pineapple and peel the grapefruit and oranges; do not peel the apple. Cut all the fruit into bite - size pieces. Place in a large bowl, pour sauce over all, and allow to stand for at least 2 hours. Stir once. Just before serving, sprinkle blueberries over the top.
