Melissa's Apple Crepes

4 Asian Pears or Regular Apples
3/4 cup Water
1 cup Sugar
1 package Crepes


Prepare apples by peeling, coring and slicing. Add sugar to water and bring to boil until sugar dissolves, stirring constantly. Slowly add apples. Simmer until apples become tender, not mushy. Place small amount of apples on each crepe, and roll gently, similar to wrapping a burrito. Serve warm topped with vanilla ice cream.
