Marinated Grapes

2 pounds Grapes (any variety of Grapes) rinsed and all stems removed
2 cups Red Wine
2 cups Red Wine Vinegar
1 cup Sugar
5 Cardamon Seeds crushed
Canela (Cinnamon Sticks) one inch long


Fill pint or quart jars with the grapes. Place the remaining ingredients in a heavy saucepan, heat, and stir until the sugar is dissolved. Cool slightly, and pour over the grapes. Add a cinnamon stick to each jar. Close the lids, label with the date, and refrigerate. Allow the grapes to marinate for at least 2 days before using. They will keep for several months.
