Glazed Mushrooms with Baby Dill

1 pound Mushrooms 
1/4 cup Olive Oil or Vegetable Oil 
1/2 teaspoon Salt 
1/2 teaspoon Paprika 
1 clove Organic Garlic crushed 
1 small Organic Green Onions chopped 
3 tablespoons Organic Parsley chopped 
1 tablespoon Baby Dill chopped 
1 tablespoon Basil chopped 


Clean mushrooms and remove the stems (reserving for another use). 

Heat the oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Stir in salt, paprika, garlic and the green onion. 

Increase the heat to high. Add the mushrooms and sauté until they are glazed and coated with the oil mixture, 3-5 minutes. 

Top with the parsley, dill and basil, and toss lightly. Serve immediately.
