Leftover Turkey Tamales

3 cups Turkey shreddred or diced
1 Onion peeled and chopped
4 cloves Peeled Garlic finely chopped
1 cup Green Chile Sauce (see Tomatillo Sauce recipe)
2 cups Potatoes peeled cooked and diced into 1 inch cubes
1 cup Chicken Broth Turkey Broth or Vegetable Broth


Mix all ingredients together and simmer for 20 minutes until all liquid is absorbed. Use as a filling for your tamales.

A great way to use up that holiday bird!
