Garlic Baby Red Potatoes

Ingredients 

2 pounds Baby Red Potatoes cut in quarters 
1/4 cup Butter or Margarine melted 
2 cloves Organic Garlic minced 
1 teaspoon Salt 
1/3 cup Lemon Juice (use Lemon Juice) 
Parmesan Cheese 

Directions 

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Place potatoes in a square 8 inches x 8 inches baking pan. 

In a separate bowl, combine all ingredients except parmesan cheese. 

Pour over potatoes, stirring gently to coat potatoes. Sprinkle lightly with Parmesan to taste. 

Bake about 30 minutes covered. Remove cover and bake an additional 10 - 15 minutes until brown.
