Garbanzo and Tomato Salad

1 tub garbanzo beans - 
1 Organic Yellow Onion thinly sliced 
1 bunch Watercress thoroughly washed 
1 pound Organic Tomatoes sliced 
Organic Leaf Lettuce 


1 tablespoon White Vinegar 
3 tablespoons Olive Oil 
1/4 teaspoon Coriander ground 
1 teaspoon Lemon Juice (use Lemon Juice) 
Salt and Fresh Ground Black Pepper 


Prepare the garbanzo beans according to the directions, and chill to room temperature. 

Mix the beans with the sliced onion, watercress, and sliced tomatoes. 

Place on top of a large bed of lettuce in a salad bowl. 

Blended all of the salad dressing ingredients, pour over the salad and toss.
