12 Lychees or rambutans in shell
1 pint Organic Strawberries
2 tablespoons Honey
lime juice - to taste
Remove shells from lychees and remove seeds. Place lychees in bowl with strawberries. Remove skin from kiwis and cut lengthwise, then into slices. Place kiwis into bowl with other fruit, then toss with honey and lime juice to taste. Refrigerate for at least 2 ½ hours before serving.
