2 pounds Asparagus trimmed blanched and shocked in ice water
1 Shallots minced
1 jar Good Life Food Organic Marinades use Dijon Mustard Flavor
Preheat oven to 425ºF.
In a bowl combine all of the ingredients.
Gently toss to completely coat the asparagus.
Place in a single layer on a baking sheet and roast in the oven until heated through and slightly charred.
For a little heat, garnish with some red chile flakes.
