Crisp Sea Bean Salad

1 medium Jicama prepared into thin matchsticks 
2 whole Organic Apples do not peel cut into matchsticks 
1 cup Sea Bean (Salicornia) trimmed to similar size as jicama and apples 


4 tablespoons Olive Oil Light 
1 tablespoon lemon juice 
2 tablespoons Blue Cheese crumbled 
To Your Taste Fresh Ground Black Pepper 


Gently toss jicama, apples and Sea Bean together. Mix and whisk dressing ingredients and drizzle over salad.
