Ingredients 

1 tablespoon Oil 
1 1/2 cups Yellow Cornmeal 
1 1/2 cups All-Purpose Flour 
1 1/2 teaspoons Baking Powder 
1 1/2 teaspoon Salt 
1/4 cup Brown Sugar 
1/2 cup Unsalted Butter melted 
1 cup Roasted Sweet Corn rehydrated 
3 large Eggs 
1 1/3 cups Milk 
1 cup Maui Onions finely diced 
1 cup Fire Roasted Chiles drained peeled and chopped 

Directions 

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. 

Light oil a baking pan. Mix together all dry ingredients. 

In a separate bowl, combine eggs, butter and milk. 

Next, add to the wet ingredients, the onions and chiles. 

Combine wet and dry ingredients together. Mix thoroughly. 

Pour batter into pan and bake for 30 to 35 minutes.
