1/2 pound Chocolate Chips Or Caramel
1/2 pound mixed nuts or dried fruits such as pepitas, sunflower seeds, dried cranberries, dried blueberries
1/4 cup Evaporated Milk
6 medium Granny Smith Apples, or Crimson Gold Apple
6 popsicle sticks or candy making sticks
Skewer, clean, and dry apples. Heat caramel or chocolate and milk in saucepan over medium heat, or according to package directions. Stir constantly until completely melted. Dip the apples in the caramel and twist to coat evenly. Put coated apple into favorite topping twisting to coat and set on a cookie sheet covered with wax paper. Let cool until hard.
