Fresh Spinach and Ambrosia Apple Salad with Olive Oil and Balsamic Vinegar Dressing

2 bags Organic Spinach
2 Organic Ambrosia Apples diced
1/2 cup Pine Nuts toasted
Organic Grinder, Rainbow Peppercorn, to taste
Good Life Food Organic Croutons use Garden Herb Croutons to taste


Toss the first 3 ingredients in a bowl and add enough of your favorite dressing to just coat the leaves.

Season with salt and pepper and garnish with the croutons.


May garnish with Feta cheese.
