Grilled Teriyaki Turkey Cheeseburgers

2 Whole Grain Hamburger Buns
1 pound Ground Turkey
2 slices Cheddar Cheese
2 1/4 inch slices Melissa's South African Baby Pineapples
2 leaves Melissa's Organic Leaf Lettuce
as needed, your favorite Teriyaki Marinade
to taste, salt and pepper

Prepare grill.

Brush the burgers and the pineapples slices with the marinade. Place on the grill, marinade side down and brush the other side. Cook until the turkey is cook completely and you get nice grill marks. Season with salt and pepper.

Place the cheese on the patties and melt. Quickly toast the buns on the grill.

To plate, place the bottom half of the bun on the dish. Place the burger, pineapple slice and lettuce and top with the other bun half.

Serve hot. Makes two burgers.

Kick it up with some fresh jalapeƱo pepper slices.

Makes 2 cheeseburgers.
