Curtis' Lime Soup

1 medium Red onion Diced 
3 whole organic garlic - clove Minced 
2 tablespoons Dried Oregano 
Salt to taste 
1/2 pounds Organic Hawaiian Style (Fried) Tofu 
2 whole Organic Carrots Diced 
1/2 pound Green Beans 1/2, cut into 1-inch pieces 
2 medium Organic Tomatoes Diced 
1 cup Vegetable Stock 
1/2 bunch Cilantro 1/2, Chopped 
2 tablespoons Chile Powder 
2 whole Organic Limes Thinly sliced 
1 Lime Juice of one Lime 


In a large pot, heat the oil and sauté the onion and garlic. 

Add the remaining ingredients and simmer until done, about 35 minutes.
