1 Pie Crust
12 ounces Evaporated Skim Milk
1 box Vanilla Pudding and Pie Filling
1/2 cup Yogurt (Plain Non-Fat)
Prepare pie crust according to package directions.
In medium bowl, combine evaporated milk, pudding and yogurt. Beat until mixture begins to thicken. Pour 1/2 mixture into pie crust. Arrange slice bananas over mixture, then pour remaining mixture over sliced bananas. Cover and refrigerate until firm, about 3 - 4 hours. Garnish with whipped cream and sliced bananas.
