Cut the fruit into rough shapes.
Thread the fruit through the skewers alternating the fruit as desired. If grilling, double skewer so the fruit does not twirl when moving them on the grill.
If grilling, place on a lightly oiled BBQ or grill to prevent sticking and cook for 2 minutes on either side, or refrigerate until thoroughly chilled.
Serve hot or cold.
