Cherry Salad

2 cups Napa Cabbage sliced
1 1/2 cups Dried Bing Cherries or Fresh Sweet Cherries pitted
1 large Organic Oranges peeled and sliced
1/2 cup Jicama peeled and cut into small wedges
1/4 cup Watercress torn into bite-sized pieces
1/4 cup Walnuts sliced Dressing
3 tablespoons Vegetable Oil
3 tablespoons Rice Vinegar or White Wine Vinegar
2 Shallots finely chopped
1 tablespoon Sugar
1 teaspoon Ginger Root grated
1 teaspoon Soy Sauce Pepper to taste


Combine salad ingredients together.

In a separate bowl, mix dressing ingredients together thoroughly.

Toss into salad mixture.

Serve chilled.
