Caramelized Carrots with Sweet Paprika

6 Organic Carrots peeled and thinly sliced 
3 cloves Organic Garlic minced 
1 teaspoon Sweet Hungarian Paprika 
1 teaspoon Sugar 
1/4 cup Water 
1 tablespoon Red Wine Vinegar 
Salt to taste 
1 tablespoon Italian Parsley minced for garnish 


In a small saucepan combine the carrots, garlic, paprika, sugar, and water. 

Cover and cook over medium-low heat until the carrots are lightly caramelized, 12-15 minutes. 

Add the vinegar and cook an additional minute. 

Remove from heat and season with salt. 

Let cool, sprinkle with parsley, and serve.
