Cabbage and Apple Pear Slaw

1/2 cup Sour Cream 
2 tablespoons Cider vinegar 
1 tablespoon Sugar (plus 2 teaspoons) 
1 tablespoon Vegetable Oil 
1 teaspoon Celery Seed 
1/4 teaspoon Dry Mustard 
4 cups Organic Cabbage shredded 
1 medium Asian Pears (Apple Pear) chopped 
1/4 cup Organic Bell Pepper (Red) chopped
2 tablespoons Shallots finely chopped 
3/4 teaspoon Salt 


Combine first seven ingredients. 

In a separate bowl, combine remaining ingredients. 

Pour sour cream mixture over cabbage ingredients. Toss to mix. 

Cover and refrigerate before serving.
