1 teaspoon Orange Zest
cut into eighths
Organic Romaine Lettuce,
washed, spun dry and chopped
4 ounces of your favorite Ginger Soy Salad Dressing
Cook asparagus in boiling, salted water 1 min.; refresh in ice water to stop cooking.
Drain and set aside.
After zesting orange, peel and cut into segments.
In a bowl, mix asparagus, orange zest and segments, tomatoes and lettuce.
Toss with Melissa’s Good Life Food Ginger Soy Dressing.
