Eat Moderately
You don’t have to deprive yourself or go on a diet. Just pay attention to portion sizes, eat smaller meals, set an eating cut off time about 2 hours before bedtime and eat breakfast

Eat Complex Carbs
Don’t be carb crazy. Whole grain, high fiber food such as whole wheat bread, pasta, beans, potatoes, corn, and other vegetables are essential to healthy nutrition. Just limit your intake of sugary and refined foods.

Eat More Veggies
Have you had your 5-9 servings today? A salad of organic greens topped with a delicious Good Life Food salad dressing will put you well on your way.

Eat Fruit
Avoid sugary treats and artificial sweeteners. Instead of candy, reach for the bowl of dried fruit, treat yourself to a fruit smoothie or cocktail for dessert.

Sleep
Try to get 7 to 9 hours of sleep a night. Sleep problems often lead to poorer health, lower productivity on the job, more danger on the roads and a less vibrant sex life. Ouch!

Exercise
It makes you look good, feel good and live longer…and it’s not that hard. Today try going for a 15 minute walk … maybe next month a short run?

Reduce Stress
Too much stress takes a mental and physical toll and can lead to anxiety and depression. If you’re feeling overwhelmed, ask for help.
