Stir-Fry Tofu and Rice
Ingredients
12.3 ounces Melissa’s Good Life Food Organic Silken Tofu (firm), drained and cut into ½ inch cubes
 1/2 cup Melissa’s Good Life Food Organic Soy Ginger Stir-Fry Sauce
 2 tablespoons olive oil
 1/2 cup carrots, sliced
 1/2 cup scallions, sliced
 1/2 cup celery, sliced
 2 cups basmati rice, cooked
 1 tablespoon Melissa’s Good Life Food Organic Sesame Sensation Sprinkles

Preparation
Marinate tofu in sauce for 1 hour. Sauté tofu in hot oil until browned. Remove and set aside. Stir-fry vegetables on medium heat until tender. Add rice and tofu, mix well. Serve hot, garnished with sprinkles.
