Thai Mixed Vegetable Stir-Fry
Ingredients
1 cup red bell peppers
 1 cup sno peas
 1 cup baby corn
 1 cup baby bok choy
 2 tablespoons peanut oil
 2 cloves garlic, crushed
 1 tablespoon ginger, grated
 1/2 cup Melissa’s Good Life Food Thai Peanut Stir-Fry Sauce
 1 tablespoon Melissa’s Good Life Food Sesame Sensation Sprinkles

Preparation
Cut vegetables into 1 inch pieces. Heat oil in wok on high heat, add peppers, sauté for 3 minutes, add remaining vegetables and sauté for 2 minutes more. Add garlic and ginger, sauté for 1 minute longer. Lower heat to medium, add sauce and stir-fry gently until all vegetables are coated. Season with sprinkles.
