Lemon Dill Spread with Cucumbers
Ingredients
12.3 ounces Melissa’s Good Life Food Organic Silken Tofu (firm)
 1/2 lemon, juice freshly squeezed
 1 clove garlic, chopped
 1 pouch Melissa’s Good Life Food Garden Dill Dip Mix
 1 tablespoon Melissa’s Good Life Food Soy-Berry Sprinkles
 1 cucumber, sliced
 Flax seed/sesame chips or rice crackers

Preparation
In a blender, add tofu, juice, garlic and dill dip mix. Blend until smooth and creamy, cover and chill 3-4 hours. Add soy-berry sprinkles. Serve on crackers with sliced cucumber.
