Asian Chicken Stir-Fry
Ingredients
2 tablespoons peanut oil
 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breast, cut into strips
 1 cup red bell pepper, sliced
 2 tablespoons ginger root, minced
 1 clove garlic, minced
 3 cups Chinese cabbage, thinly sliced
 1/4 cup chicken broth or water
 1/2 cup Melissa’s Good Life Food Teriyaki Stir-Fry Sauce
 2 cups fresh bean sprouts

Preparation
Heat 1 Tbsp. oil in wok on high heat, add chicken strips and stir-fry until fully cooked. Remove from pan and set aside. Heat remaining Tbsp. of oil, sauté bell peppers for 3 minutes; add ginger, garlic and cabbage and sauté 2 more minutes. Add broth, sauce and reserved chicken, heat thoroughly, remove from heat, add bean sprouts and serve.
