The appearance of spring garlic, green garlic, or immature garlic is one of the first signs of spring. Spring garlic is the immature garlic harvested before the head develops and looks like a small sized leek or green onion. Its sweet mild flavor is great for flavoring soups, adding to stir fry dishes, and making oils and dressings. Mince and add to all types of salads and salad dressings. Dice or chop and add to stir-fries, mashed potatoes, omelets, risotto, frittatas, pizzas, breads, sauces and soups. One stalk is equivalent to one or two garlic cloves.

Melissa’s Spring Garlic is hand-selected to ensure excellent quality. Store in the refrigerator for up to three or four days.
