This unusual late ripening variety has a slightly reddish blush over a beautiful yellow skin with pale whitish dots.

The deep rose red interior fruit is juicy, crisp and richly flavored, having a good balance of both sweet and tart.

Still in very limited supply, the Hidden Rose Apple® will maintain its firm texture when cooked as well as make an excellent snack eaten out of hand.

The variety has an extremely good shelf life stored in refrigeration.
