Ingredients
- 2 whole Organic Avocado firm and ripe
- 1/2 Hot House Cucumbers (English Cucumbers) cut into 1/2 inch pieces
- 8 ounces Plain Low Fat Yogurt (1 cup)
- 3 tablespoons Chives chopped
- 1 teaspoon Key Lime juice freshly squeezed
- 1 teaspoon Salt to taste
- 1/2 teaspoon Jalapeno Chile chopped with seeds
- 1 cup Ice Cubes
- Garnish
- Organic Avocado diced
- Chives chopped
Directions
Peel and pit avocado. Blend all ingredients in a blender until very smooth, about 1 minutes.
Notes: used 5 ounces for cucumber; 1 tablespoon chives for garnish chives and ½ medium avocado for garnish avocado; used 8 ice cubes for 1 cup ice cubes
