Ingredients
- 1 medium Red onion Diced
- 3 whole organic garlic - clove Minced
- 2 tablespoons Dried Oregano
- Salt to taste
- 1/2 pounds Organic Hawaiian Style (Fried) Tofu
- 2 whole Organic Carrots Diced
- 1/2 pound Green Beans 1/2, cut into 1-inch pieces
- 2 medium Organic Tomatoes Diced
- 1 cup Vegetable Stock
- 1/2 bunch Cilantro 1/2, Chopped
- 2 tablespoons Chile Powder
- 2 whole Organic Limes Thinly sliced
- 1 Lime Juice of one Lime
Directions
In a large pot, heat the oil and sauté the onion and garlic. Add the remaining ingredients and simmer until done, about 35 minutes.
