Ingredients
- 4 cups Raspberries
- 1 ripe Organic Bananas
- 1 1/2 cups Orange Juice
- 1 cup Plain Yogurt
- 6 tablespoons Organic Low Glycemic Agave Syrup
- leavesĀ Mint (as garnish)
Directions
In a blender, whip all of the ingredients, except for the mint, until smooth. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour. Serve the soup in small bowls and garnish with the mint leaves.
Note:
This is a great finish for a meal on a hot summer day.
