Ingredients
- 2 cups Chicken Broth
- 1 Tablespoon Fresh Ginger -- julienned
- 1/2 pound Melissa's Bordeaux Radish -- cut into bite size pieces - 1/2-inch thick
- 2 each Fresh Button Mushrooms -- sliced
- 1 pinch Kosher Salt
Directions
Place all ingredients in a saucepan and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 30 minutes. Serve hot.
Notes:
The Bordeaux Radish creates a beautiful purple colored broth.
