Ingredients

  • Shallots finely sliced
  • 3 cups Tung Ho finely sliced
  • 2 tablespoons Light Soy Sauce

Directions

Place Melissa's Shallots and Tung Ho on a steamer rack with 1-inch boiling water. Cook until tender. Toss with soy sauce. Serve as a side dish or over rice.
