Ingredients
- 1 pound Taro Root peeled
- 1/2 cup Milk
- 2 tablespoons Butter or Margarine
- 1 large Onion grated
- 1/2 cup Cheese peeled and grated
- Salt and Pepper to your taste
Directions
In a saucepan filled with lightly salted boiling water, cook Taro Root until fork tender. Drain.
In a large bowl, combine Taro Root with next four ingredients and mash until creamy. Season with salt and pepper and sprinkle with additional cheese, if desired. Serve hot.
