- 2 pounds Organic Sweet Potatoes
- 1 1/2 cups Brown Sugar
- 3 Eggs

- 1/2 teaspoon Ground Cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon Ground Ginger
- 1/4 teaspoon Nutmeg ground
- 1/4 teaspoon Allspice
- 19 inch Fruit Bowl Shortbread Pie Crust
- Whipped Cream for garnish
Directions
In a large pot with enough water to cover, boil the sweet potatoes about 30 minutes until cooked through. Let cool, then peel, mash, and measure out 2 cups.
