Ingredients
- 1 1/2 tablespoons Balsamic Vinegar
- 1/2 teaspoon Honey
- 1 1/2 tablespoons Olive Oil
- 1/2 teaspoon Minced Garlic
- 2 tablespoons Red onion finely minced
- 1 teaspoon Jalapeno Chile minced
- Salt and Pepper to taste
- 1 pint Organic Strawberries rinsed hulled and sliced
- 2 ripe Hass Avocado
- Bibb Lettuce washed
Directions
In a bowl whisk together vinegar, olive oil, honey, garlic, onion, and jalapeno. Season with salt and pepper. Add strawberries and adjust seasoning. Peel, halve, and pit avocados. Spoon 1/4 of the strawberry salsa into each avocado halve. Serve in lettuce.
