Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon Butter
- 3 Starfruit sliced
- 1/2 Organic Bell Pepper - green cut in strips
- 1/2 Organic Bell Pepper - red cut in strips
- 1/4 cup Chicken Stock
- 3 tablespoons Honey
- 1 tablespoon Cardamom Seed Pods (crushed)
Directions
Melt butter; sauté starfruit slices and peppers for about 4 minutes over medium heat. Add chicken stock, honey and cardamom; cook for a minute or two. Season to taste and serve as a side dish with fish, poultry or meat.
