Ingredients
- 24 Fingerling Potatoes
- 1 teaspoon Olive Oil
- 1 teaspoon Szechwan Peppercorn
- 18 cloves Fire Roasted Garlic
- 6 sprigs Thyme
Directions
Combine all ingredients in baking dish and mix well. Bake, uncovered, in hot oven at 350 degrees for about 45 minutes or until potatoes are tender and browned, stirring during cooking.
