Ingredients
- 1 1/2 pounds Baby Dutch Yellow® Potatoes (DYP's), halved
- 6 sprigs Thyme stems removed
- 6 sprigs Rosemary stems removed
- Extra Virgin Olive Oil as needed
- Fresh Ground Black Pepper to taste
Directions
Preheat oven to 425ºF.
Toss all ingredients in a large bowl. Place the ingredients on a sheet pan. Season with salt and pepper. Roast in the oven until golden brown and fork tender.
Notes:
This is a great side dish to go along with a hearty protein such as beef or pork roast.

- These potatoes are marvelous. This recipe is 10 star not 5 star. Took them to a dinner and everyone not only loved them but wanted the recipe.
