Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon Unsalted Butter
  • 1 tablespoon Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 2 cloves Peeled Garlic minced
  • 1 Maui Onions chopped
  • 2 Eggs
  • 3 cups Rice cooked
  • 1/2 cup Pork diced and fried
  • 3 Organic Green Onions chopped
  • Salt and Pepper to taste

Directions

In a sauté pan, melt the butter and heat the oil. Cook the garlic and onions until onions are translucent. Push the onions to one side of the pan and scramble the eggs on the other side. When the eggs are done, mix with the onions and add the rice and pork. Stir in the green onions, season with salt and pepper and serve.

Note:

You can easily substitute the pork with cooked chicken or fresh shrimp. If you use cooked shrimp, add it right at the end and cook just to heat it up so it doesn't get tough.
