Ingredients
- 1/2 cupĀ Organic Oranges juice freshly squeezed
- 2 tablespoons Orange Zest
- 2 tablespoons Honey
- 1 tablespoon Butter
- 1 teaspoon Allspice (optional)
- 3/4 pound Sno Peas strings removed
- 3/4 pound Organic Carrots cut into coins
Directions
In a small saucepan, combine all ingredients except sno peas and carrots. Bring mixture to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer until liquid is reduced to about a cup. Blanch sno peas and carrots (separately) in boiling salted water about 30 seconds; drain. Immediately transfer vegetables to serving dish. Pour orange sauce over and toss to coat. Serve hot.
