Ingredients
- 10 Okinawa Sweet Potatoes peeled and cubed
- 1/3 cup Unsalted Butter melted
- Whole Milk as needed
Directions
Place the potatoes in a pot and cover with cold water. Place on the stove over high heat and bring to a boil. Cook until fork tender. Drain and mash the sweet potatoes and add the butter and milk. Mix until creamy.
Notes:
The beautiful purple color of these sweet potatoes makes for great conversation and brightens up any menu.
