Ingredients
- 1 cup Skim Milk
- 4 Organic Green Onions diced
- 1 cup Organic Garlic chopped
- 5 pounds Baby Red Potatoes (Red Spuds) skin left on
- To Your Taste Organic Grinders Black Peppercorn
- To Your Taste Salt
Directions
Boil potatoes until tender. Do not remove skin. Chop/mash by hand or with hand mixer. Add milk, onions, parsley, salt and pepper, and blend until completely mixed in.
Note:
Use a little fat-free sour cream in place of part of the milk.
