Ingredients
- 3 tablespoon Butter
- 1 cup Onion sliced
- 1 package Corn Bread Mix (8.5 ounce )
- 1/2 cup Milk
- 1 cup Crean Style Corn
- 1 dash Hot Pepper Sauce
- 1 cup Sour Cream
- 1 cup Soy Chunk cheddar cheese
Directions
1 Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Spray one 10x10 inch pan with non-stick cooking spray.
2 In a medium skillet, sauté onions in butter over medium heat until soft; set aside.
3 In a medium sized bowl, combine corn muffin mix, milk, corn and hot sauce.
4 Pour cornbread into baking dish and layer with onions, followed by sour cream and cheese.
5 Bake in oven 30 min. or until firm.
