Ingredients
- 6 Corn whole with husks
- 6 tablespoons Garlic Chile Butter
- Salt and Pepper to taste
Directions
Pull back the corn husks gently so they stay attached. Remove the silk and replace the husks.
Soak the husks in cold water for 30 minutes, drain.
Pull back the husks once again, still keeping them attached, and spread the butter over the kernels. Season with salt and pepper, replace the husks.
Place corn on a medium temperature grill and grill until the husks are brown, about 15 minutes.
