Ingredients
- 1 package Soyrizo
- 2 Russet Potatoes
- 1 Onion diced
- 1 Green bell pepper chopped
- 3 Egg or egg substitute
- Salt and Pepper
Directions
Peel and cube potatoes and fry with Soyrizo. Add onion and bell pepper and cook until crisp-tender. Beat eggs and add to Soyrizo and vegetable mixture. Continue cooking until eggs are done. Serve hot with tortillas.
