Ingredients
- 4 Flax Seed Wraps
- Good Life Food Organic Wrap Dressing (use Roasted Garlic Flavor) as needed
- 8 leaves Organic Leaf Lettuce use red leaf lettuce washed and dried
- 1 Alfalfa Sprouts 4 ounce container
- 1 Organic Bell Pepper red sliced 1/4 inch thick
- 1 Organic Bell Pepper green sliced 1/4 inch thick
- 1 Organic Bell Pepper yellow sliced 1/4 inch thick
- 1 Mini Cucumbers sliced very thin
- 1 Organic Avocado mashed
- 1 Organic Carrots sliced very thin
- 4 ounces Black Beans cooked and cooled
- My Grinders use Coarse Sea Salt to taste
- My Grinders use Rainbow peppercorns to taste
Directions
To assemble:
Brush the wraps with some of the dressing. Make sure to cover the entire surface all the way to the edges. Now position the wrap so that the long side is running left to right. Place 2 lettuce leaves across the bottom edge or use the sprouts. If you desire, you can use both. Next, choose 4 or 5 of the next 7 ingredients to place on top of the lettuce or sprouts. Season with salt and pepper. Roll it up as tight as possible, cut in half and place on a serving plate. Makes 4 servings.
Notes:
These also make for great appetizers. Just cut each rolled up wrap into 8 pieces and place on a serving tray.
