Ingredients
- 8 ounces Farm Cheese
- 2 ounces Lemon Oil
- 1/2 teaspoon Chervil, Chives, Tarragon, Dill and Parsley (fresh) each or 1/4 teaspoon each dried
- Salt and Fresh Ground Black Pepper
- 1 Organic Cucumbers peeled (may be substituted with Pickling Cucumbers).
- 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice (use Lemon Juice)
- 1 tablespoon Champagne Vinegar
- 4 tablespoons Olive Oil
Directions
Mix the avocado with the sesame oil and sesame seeds, lime juice and salt. Separately mix the radish with the vinegar and salt.
To serve, place a small pool of the cucumber vinaigrette on each of two salad plates. Add a mound of the cheese mixture, and garnish with the marinated avocado and radish. Serves 2 as an appetizer or salad, or as an accompaniment to fresh fish.
